FAMILY FUN: Celebrate Mom’s Day one day early with the kids this weekend at the 9th Annual Noho Children’s Theater and Arts Festival on Saturday, May 8, 10 am – 3 pm – North Hollywood Park. The  Festival is a day long family celebration filled with hands-on visual and theatre arts workshops for all ages to enjoy. The festival features a day of fun including music, dance, theatre improv and arts activities. Families can participate in workshops that include making Middle Eastern Chamsas, Foil Sculptures, Faux Stained Glass Windows, Tibetan Peace Flags, and more. Admission is Free. Located at 11430 Chandler Blvd @ Tujunga Avenue (in the heart of the NoHo Arts District), just a short walk from the North Hollywood Metro Station.
