When’s the last time you were at a kissing booth? Back in the day? Well, one of the best vintage stores   of that bygone era is back and celebrating their new store in Burbank on Thursday, June 10 at 5:30 pm with music, food, a psychic — and of course — the kissing booth.

Playclothes Vintage Fashions is now open in its new location on Magnolia Blvd. in Burbank with almost twice as much retail space as it had in Studio City. This new store is huge and filled with wonderful treasures and eye candy.

There is so much to take in, it’s worth taking your time and exploring. In addition to vintage cocktail and evening dresses, lingerie, sweaters, skirts and shoes there are loads of hats (from the 1930’s to the 1980’s), a large selection of men’s items, old black and white photographs dating back to the 1800’s, perfume and lots of jewelry including rare Bakelite pieces. There’s even a “cowboy room” stocked with western shirts, boots, tablecloths, and dishes. The store is continually getting in new items and changing their displays so it feels like a different store each time you walk in.

Playclothes (new location) 3100 West Magnolia Burbank, California 91505 Phone: 818.557.8447 Free parking on street and in back lot. www.vintageplayclothes.com Hours: Monday-Saturday 11am-6pm Sunday: noon to 5pm
