Leela Grace Jewelry is not only eye catching, it’s whimsical, earthy and full of positive energy. Necklaces, earring, bracelets and rings are handcrafted by Jennifer Newton using semi-precious stones, gold wire and Swarovski crystals. Jennifer has always been a “crafty” person and after successfully making a piece of jewelry for a friend that got glowing reviews, she decided to pursue her hobby on a full time basis.
Leela Grace is her daughter’s name, “I figured it was fitting to name it after her since she was the reason I really went for it in this business, and still create time to really be present and active with her,” said Jennifer, who further says that each piece of jewelry takes a great deal of time. “I create from a positive space. The positive energy transfers into the jewelry. Customers tell me they feel good wearing my pieces.”
“I rarely leave the house without a piece of Jennifer’s jewelry on. Her pieces are unique and stunning and I never come home without someone raving about the jewelry I am wearing,” said customer Kelly King.
Rings range in price from $150-$320 and are created with “druzy” quartz as the center piece and bezel set in either 24 karat gold overlay or non-tarnishing silver rhodium. A druzy is a gemstone that’s covered with thin layers of tiny, sparkly crystals. Necklaces also incorporate these types of gemstones and other semi-precious stones.
“Jennifer’s jewelry seems to get noticed everywhere I go. I’ve purchased many gifts from her line because friends and family always fall in love with her work. It just makes you feel prettier when you’re wearing it. It’s always the moment I put on that piece or pieces of her jewelry that I feel fully dressed,” said customer Stacey Martino.
One of Leela Grace’s most popular earring styles is called “The Gratitude Earring.” The earring’s design incorporates a swirl pattern (the universal symbol for gratitude) of gold filled wire with semi-precious stones. Earrings range in price from $18-$140 and have recently caught the eye of Hollywood—Jennifer Aniston will be wearing Leela Grace earrings in an upcoming movie.
Being thankful and giving back is very important to Jennifer. Donations from every sale of Leela Grace Jewelry go to Strangest Angels Animal Rescue in support of a handicapped dog named Miss Beasie (you can read more on leelagracejewelry.com).
“Jennifer’s jewelry is beautifully unique and soulful, with a touch of magic, just like her,” said another customer, Melissa DeLizia said.
If you are interested in having a trunk party, Jennifer will give the party host 10% of the sales back.
