I hear tell from the North Pole that this is Santa’s most favorite cocktail and if you leave it out with some homemade cookies you are sure to get moved from the naughty list to the very nice! Don’t worry about Santa missing your house after one of these drinks as smart Santa always has a designated elf to guide the reindeer! So Merry Christmas to all and to all a goodnight! Cheers!
Santa Baby Martini
1-cup eggnog, chilled
1/4cup brandy
1/4-cup amaretto liqueur
1/4-teaspoon ground nutmeg
¼ teaspoon cinnamon
1 scoop vanilla ice cream
2 cinnamon sticks
Red and green sugar crystals for rimming the glass
Dampen the rims of 2 martini glasses and then line the rims with sugar crystals.
Combine eggnog, brandy, amaretto, nutmeg, cinnamon and ice cream in a blender; process until smooth. Pour mixture into martini glasses and garnish each glass with a whole cinnamon stick.
