LA Creamery will start scooping at its third location in the Westfield Sherman Oaks Fashion Square on May 18 (on the second level next to William-Sonoma). This follows the second location at the The Americana in Glendale and the original at Westfield Topanga.
Check out the coffee kiosk in front of the cafe at Kings Road Cafe on Ventura Blvd (at Rhodes) in Studio City. Get a cup of coffee for $1 and a latte for $2 Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. during the month of May.

Hugo’s in Studio City and West Hollywood has added Create-A-Bowl to the menu. Selections are all vegan and gluten free. Three items start at $12.65. Also at Hugo’s — Frozato — it’s their own recipe — a non-dairy frozen, soft-serve-like dessert in Caramel or Scharffen Berger Chocolate flavors. Served in single flavors, swirl, cup or waffle cone ($2.28).

Kung Pao Bistro has moved a few blocks east on Ventura Boulevard to 11402 Ventura Boulevard (at Tujunga), where it recently replaced Fat Jack’s. Take A Bao is currently in the construction phase at its old location (as reported here in My Daily Find).
Chipotle Mexican Grill opens its second Burbank area restaurant in Toluca Lake last week and is open daily from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. It is located on the corner of Riverside Drive and N. Pass Avenue.
