In Southern California we have had our coldest weather this March. It has been cozy and fun and we sure do need the rain, but most everyone I know is ready for blue skies! Lovely in color and delightful in taste, you and your friends will enjoy this cocktail from spring into the summer! Cheers!
6 ounces blueberry infused vodka
1 ounce blue Curacao
1 ounce cranberry juice
1 ounce fresh lime juice
Twist of lemon peel to garnish
Place a martini glasses in the freezer for 5 minutes to chill. Pour the vodka; blue Curacao, cranberry juice and limejuice into a cocktail shaker filled with ice, and shake vigorously for 25 seconds. Strain the mixture into the prepared glasses and garnish with the lemon peel twist; serve immediately.
