The Weekend Cocktail: Mixed Berry Martini

You got to love summer! I can’t even tell you how many berries we are eating! Fresh berries are everywhere and a rock bottom prices! This cocktail that is rich in antioxidants and can be enjoyed with or even without alcohol. Cheers!

 Mixed Berry Martini

1-1/2 cups orange juice

1/2-pint fresh raspberries

½ pint fresh strawberries

1-pint fresh blueberries

Add all ingredients to the blender and combine until smooth. Pour into pitcher.

For each batch of “martinis,” add the following to blender and combine until smooth:

2 cups berry mixture

2 cups vodka

Juice from 1 lime

2 cups ice

Pour out into martini glasses!

You will be able to make 2 batches with this recipe
