Easter is a wonderful opportunity to celebrate spring. The beauty in the warmer days and the symbolism of rebirth and renewal can be powerful. It is also just plain fun. Any holiday surrounded by chocolate is a great holiday to me. This year relax with friends and family and enjoy a fun Sunday. If you would prefer not to have the alcohol just fill a shaker with ice and 9 ounces of cranberry juice and pour into martini glasses with a marshmallow bunny garnish.

Pink Peeps Bunny

3 ounces Vodka

3 ounces Raspberry Vodka

Splash Triple-Sec

2 ounces Cranberry Juice

Pink (or any color) bunny shaped marshmallow candy

Fill a martini shaker about half way with ice. Add the ingredients to the shaker. Shake for 30 seconds Pour the drinks into two martini glasses. Garnish this cocktail with one pink bunny shaped marshmallow, sugar-covered candy by placing a small slit on the bottom of the candy and placing it on the glass. You can also rim the glasses with festive colored sugar.
