It is National Chocolate Mousse Week and I personally can’t think of a better reason to celebrate. I love a great sweet, creamy delicious chocolate mousse! The most elegant one that I have ever had was sprinkled with the French sea-salt Fleur de sel—and that just so happens to be the inspiration for this cocktail! Enjoy the last of our chilly spring weather sipping this decadent adult beverage! Cheers!
6 ounces hot cocoa
3 ounces Espresso Vodka
1 ounces Amaretto
Whipped cream and shaved chocolate for garnish
Rim two Irish coffee glasses with Fleur de Sel. Pour half of the vodka and amaretto into each glass. Fill with hot cocoa. Top with whipped cream and sprinkle with shaved chocolate.
