Fire Service Open House Day: On Saturday, May 11, a Fire Service Day Open House (from 10am to 4pm) will be conducted at all Los Angeles County fire stations. Visit your local fire stations to learn more about the services the Department has to offer. Find a Fire Station near you. Fire Stations will have special activities for all ages.
Help CHAMPS Build A School in Africa: Enjoy live music, a “silent”auction, art auctions, food & drinks, and all the coffee you want (or need) — and in doing so help support local teens from CHAMPS Charter High School accomplish their goal of traveling to Malawi (Africa) to help construct a school. Help these students make a difference in the lives of people who do not yet have access to something we all too often take for granted — an education.
