Our Basics Cooking classes focus on techniques.  Students will work in groups to gain hands-on experience, supplemented by an instructor demo.  The class goal is to provide a fundamental knowledge of the subject.

Chicken stock from scratch
Bechamel
Veloute
Tomato sauce
Aioli
Hollandaise – demo only

A light meal will be served from the ingredients you prepare during class.
