This weekend marks a celebration of dads, grandfathers and honorary dads. If you are still thinking about how to fill the day besides the traditional barbecue or game of golf, check out these activities and freebies to add to the fun.
LUNCH TRAIN: Take a road trip a little more than one hour north to Fillmore and jump aboard a vintage train at the Fillmore and Western Railway for a ride through the orchards of Heritage Valley. PLAY BALL: Trek over to Dodger Stadium for the 7th Annual Father’s Day Catch on June 20 from 10am to 1 pm. Be one of the first 3000 in attendance and receive a complimentary Dodger Dog. Sparkletts will provide water bottles and Coca Cola will supply PowerAde. Music, merchandise, the Dodger Ticket truck and Dodger fan clubs will be on site for the event.
