I know…I know…Mother Nature is a big summer tease! This week we had days in the 80’s and expected rain all weekend! April showers bring May flowers and while this cocktail may not make your garden grow it will brighten your spirits! You can always float some edible flowers and reminisce with friends about sunnier days! Cheers!
April Showers Martini
2 ounces brandy
½ ounce Benedictine
2 ounces Orange Juice
Shake over ice in a shaker. Strain into two chilled martini glasses and serve with an orange twist.
