Malibu Kiwanis Chili Cook Off: This Labor Day weekend year marks the 30th year anniversary of the Malibu Kiwanis Chili Cook-Off, Carnival and Fair. 23789 Stuart Ranch Road, Malibu (at Civic Center Way and Stuart Ranch Road). Entry is $10 per person per day; children 5-11 years old $5 per person per day; children under the age of 5 enter for free.
