NoHo Dine Out Friday Nights: Every Friday from 4 p.m.-8 p.m.starting today. Parking lot at: 11452 Burbank Blvd just West of Lankershim Blvd., North Hollywood. Experience NoHo: A FREE, multi-arts festival and celebration in the heart of the bustling NoHo Arts District, featuring live theater, dance, music, art, fashion and food. Outdoor stages will offer music and dance.  Public art stations invite patrons to create their own art, and seven gallery installations to view.  15 NoHo theatres will offer free performances, classes and demos.  Discounts and offerings from local restaurants and retailers.  Saturday, noon—8 p.m., in the NoHo Arts District, spanning Lankershim Blvd. from Chandler Blvd. to Camarillo Blvd.; Bakman Ave. to Vineland Ave.

Grand Opening of S.L.A.M. Education Center, Sherman Oaks: Nooneh Kradjian, the SLAM Academic Director, is opening her doors from noon to 2 p.m. for an  afternoon reception  on Saturday, November 12. S.L.A.M. is a  tutoring and enrichment center focusing on science, literacy, arts and math. There’s also a homework club available from 4 p.m. – 6 p.m. M-F. 14330 Ventura Boulevard at Beverly Glen in the Oak Ridge Plaza across from Casa De Cadillac and Handy J Carwash.

Snow at Westfield Topanga: It will be snowing indoors on Saturday on the lower lever Westfield Topanga .
