I don’t love green beer, and a shot of Irish whiskey can get me into trouble, so what is a good Celtic girl to drink on Saint Patrick’s Day? I went to the mixologists at Southern Wine and Spirits and found these amazing unique cocktails using the grandfather of Irish whiskeys —Bushmills. Since 1608, Bushmills has distilled, blended and bottled its whiskey under one roof at Ireland’s oldest distillery. The brand’s unique production process is triple distillation in small pots that creates a much purer whiskey, without peat smoke and unmalted barley.

Have a wonderful weekend celebrating the Luck of the Irish with your friends and family! Cheers!
