LA Greek Fest:It’s a Greek extravanganza at this 14th annual event Friday through Sunday co-hosted by Tom Hanks and Rita Wilson. The festival’s Passport to a Grecian Holiday theme allows guests to “celebrate the magic and enchantment of Greece” . Concession booths will spotlight Greek food specialties with the dining pleasures of Athens, Mykonos, Santorini, Rhodes, Saloniki and other exotic Hellenic destinations. The 16th Annual Original Long Beach Lobster Festival : It’s the largest festival outside of Maine. Lobster dinners include steamed lobsters, melted butter dipping sauce, coleslaw, roll and watermelon. The event will also feature entertainment, art and craft booths and more.
