What’s green, perfect for parties or  production work, decked out for beauty and relaxation, customizable, just a little bit retro, available to rent three ways, and gives back to community?

Fernando Navarro owns and operates Green Vanity.

It’s  Green Vanity — a re-purposed 30 year old, 35 foot motor home that was once headed for a landfill, but is now traveling the streets  of Los Angeles as a mobile salon and spa, a production unit, a talent holding area, a party place,  a mobile service to those who are immobile, and more.

The brainchild of make-up artist/hairstylist Fernando Navarro, the Green Vanity mobile home has been completely refurbished using recycled material and green products.  It’s the perfect on-the-go rental available for short or long term lease. Whether you need a swanky and fully functionally location trailer or want to throw a hip celebrity party or gifting suite, is the ideal resource.

Hair and Make-up area.

There’s three ways to rent  Green Vanity:  Hire it out with Navarro himself for a hair and make-up on a production;  take it as a Mobile Day Spa to pamper clients or to throw a party.  Need help planning? Navarro can recommend  estheticians, manicurist/pedicurists, massage therapist, reiki healers, hair stylists, make-up artists and waxing specialists;  or use it as a mobile unit and drive.   A bigger plus is that Green Vanity can be customized for different configurations.

Green Vanity is not just about serving the entertainment and beauty industries. or private parties.  Navarro ‘s mission is also to be of service to the community by helping people who don’t have access to  salon/spa services due to sickness or age. A portion of  the  fees are  contributed to charitable organizations who need their services.   Additionally, when Green Vanity visits people in need, volunteers are needed to  donate their time and services.

Navarro, who speaks Spanish and English,  has traveled around the world in different capacities both in front and behind the camera, as a performer, an MC, a spokesman—in addition to his work in beauty.  He created Green Vanity  so that he could use all he has learned to make a difference.   ”I am in the prime of my life, I collected experience and skills, I understand the urgency of giving back and show others that it really is not that hard to show that you care,”  says Navarro.

This area can be set up for a production work area.
