In honor of all of my East Coast friends who are weathering the storm I found an old cocktail recipe that is fun and festive because you flame it upon serving it. Now that we have had a couple of days of sprinkles in Los Angeles, the nights are chilly enough to enjoy it here as well.

Hurricane Relief Flame
1/3 shot Kailua
1/3 shot Bailey’s Irish Cream
1/3 shot Tequila (white)
1 dash cinnamon
Carefully layer this shot with Kailua on the bottom, Bailey’s in the middle, and tequila on top. Light the tequila on fire and sprinkle with cinnamon.
