Lotería Grill at The Promenade in Westlake now has full service, sit-down dining.  West Valley patrons can enjoy Chef/Owner Jimmy Shaw’s unique take on regional Mexican cuisine, including Mole Poblano con Pollo, Carnitas en Salsa Morita, andChicharron de Queso in the 50-seat contemporary restaurant, along with select tequilas, cervazas, and signature margaritas.   Also, this week at all Loteria locations, the St. Patrick’s Day celebration continues through March 24 with their “green” menu.
