June is a fun month of fabulous foodie celebration days. Today just happens to be National Chocolate Ice Cream Day! What a great excuse to create a fun grown up version of a classic chocolate shake! You can add a little whipped cream if you like and chocolate sprinkles are really fun too! This cocktail is really great to kick off the summer months! Cheers!
Chocolate Ice Cream Martini
1 pint Milk
4 scoops Chocolate Ice Cream
8 ounces Crème De Cacao
6 ounces Vodka
6 ounces Rum
Cocoa powder for rimming glasses
Shaved chocolate for garnish
Rim 4 martini glasses with cocoa powder. Put all ingredients into a blender and liquefy until it becomes a shake. Pour into four martini glasses. Garnish with shaved chocolate.
