**You will have a choice of either Oven baked or Grilled pizza on the BBQ

When the moon hits your eye, its time to get a slice of life at our Gourmet Pizza night. Nothing says party like a delicious slice of pizza. Learn the handy skills of making your own homemade pizza, a variety of sauces with fresh toppings and select artisan cheeses. You’ll never order in again!
Dress comfortably—we’ll provide aprons for all to wear—and be prepared to eat some spectacular pizza of your own creation!

What’s on the Menu:

• Basic pizza dough – by hand
• Sauces – pesto & salsa d’pomodoro (red sauce)
• Toppings:mushrooms, onions, olives, pepperoni, sun dried tomatoes, pineapples
• Cheeses: buffalo mozzarella, shredded mozarella
• Dessert: Nutella dessert pizza with slivered almonds
