• You’ll find out all the secrets the pros use when wine tasting while enjoying eight delicious wines!

• The “Wine 101” class will teach guests all the fundamentals of expert wine tasting, including:

−     How to identify key components of each wine from flavor to fragrance.

−     How to score wine

−     The proper temperatures to serve wine

−     How to identify the style of wine that is most appealing to your individual palate

• The event will be held at the following California Total Wine & More stores: Northridge , Thousand Oaks, Redondo Beach Tustin, Brea, Laguna Hills , Palm Desert, Rancho Cucamonga,  Roseville, Sacramento (Arden), and Folsom.
