Spanish TAPAS


Ole! Yes, they’re small plates of food but you’ll make plenty of them in tonight’s class.  We won’t only go to Spain but also many other regions that consider this tradition of tapas a ritual on a daily basis.

What’s on the Menu:

Tortilla Espanola
Beef Empanadas (baked)
Vegetable Empanadas (baked)
Paella with Shrimp and Chicken (can make the vegetarian version)
Rice Pudding cups (vegan)
Red or White Wine Sangria – tasting only

Restrictions: All skill levels welcomed. Must be 21 and over to taste cocktail.
