Do you long for a quiet place to write and get down your thoughts in the midst of our busy city?
Join Hedgebrook, the foremost retreat for women writers in the country, for a full day of writing, reflection, and nurturing the artist within.
Set on the historic downtown campus of Mt. St. Mary’s College, this once only event will bring the unique experience of Hedgebrook to Southern California for writers of all genres and at all levels of experience.
Participants may work quietly in community with other writers, join writing circles to inspire imagination and hone craft, share work with other participants, or hear one-on-one feedback from published authors and Hedgebrook alumnae.
As the day draws to a close, we will meet in the Gazebo-Garden for wine and cheese, talk about writing, and an open reading of our work.
$65 for the day – Light breakfast & lunch included.
