FREE STROKE SUPPORT GROUP
This special group hosted by Dignity Health Glendale Memorial Hospital and Health Center will meet on the second Tuesday of each moth from 2:00 – 3:00 p.m. in the Rehabilitation Conference Room on the 3rd floor of the hospital. The support group is open to caregivers, family members, friends and stroke survivors and will help with communication, education, exploring coping styles, friendships, problem solving and sharing resources and experience.
