This popular workshop is designed to explore the life experiences that have shaped and defined you. Through a wide variety of creative exercises and practical techniques, you’ll find the *spark* to unleash the stories that reflect the uniqueness of your personal journey, and the opportunity to open up to your deepest, authentic self in your work. Bring a work-in-progress, an idea you wish to develop, or simply come willing to explore.
Instructor Karin Gutman has been working closely with writers for over 10 years and often works with deeply personal material. She teaches at UCLA Extension Writers’ Program and coaches writers privately.
